Account Services Professional - Full Time
Role: Assist credit union members and non-members, as applicable, with financial transactions and provide information regarding credit union products and services in a professional, accurate manner. Promote self-service channels of product delivery through tech bar assistance, ATM demonstration, and assistance, and assisting with online and mobile banking problem resolution. Ensuring member financial security and privacy during all transactions with credit union members and guests.
Knowledge and Skills:
Six months or two years of similar or related experience
A high school education or GED
The ability to influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation is an important part of the job.
